Terrible service from this agency, very horrible from the beginning and then for the prices they charge compared to competing companies with recognized reputation and quality and terrible service on the buses, terrible hygiene, old buses and very poor condition, they do not fulfill what they promise, very bad the weather, there are no load or current switches or they are but damaged, then they want to blame you because one of them was the one who damaged it and to finish watering it in their service they transfer quite a few times and they don't mention that to you at the beginning despite As a right, you have the right to ask with your doubts to be informed and they don't do it and to make matters worse, they drop you off at a place you don't even know and it took more than 2 hours for another bus to come pick us up and the staff only act like they don't. They know nothing and they don't tell you or solve anything, the truth is, first and last time I traveled with them, very attentive people with this company, horrible experience, I upload photos of evidence

Excellent service, it is a small agency but I don't know how small it is to fool you. I share my experience with you: Since I arrived, THEY SERVED ME VERY WELL, they helped me with my suitcases, the same young man assisted me via Facebook who was very patient with my questions, giving the costs, schedules, etc. Very grateful to Eduardo.
The lady at the ticket reception was very agile and attentive 😌 in less than 3 minutes I had already done my registration and received payment. The driver was very attentive and played his music to set the mood. Even his supervisor who was checking seats with him found my shirt and did me the favor of returning it to me.
As for the units, they are Excellent, regarding the price $350 from Cancun to Villermosa + pet service $100
Only one drawback: They have no exit to Veracruz :(

Good service even though it left late, I have traveled constantly in this transport and everything is fine, but I hope everyone who travels in any transport carries their bag and deposits their garbage there, not that there is a pig left

I always travel on this bus but from Villahermosa to Cancun the last 3 trips made make us wait 3 hours they think our time is not worth it this time I was lucky and it was the first bus that left on time and arrived around 7.30 in the morning with good time the other times and arrived at 12 on the fatal day I hope to be lucky because soon I will travel again to and the trip I took from Cancun to Villaermosa on July 1, the bus was full of cockroaches I hope they have already fumigated it
